At Classic Transport, we strive to provide exceptional service to all our customers. We understand that plans can change, so we have established the following refund and cancellation policy to ensure clarity and fairness.

1. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation within 6 hours of booking: If you cancel your reservation within 6 hours of booking, you will receive a full refund.
• Cancellation after 6 hours of booking: If you cancel your reservation after 6 hours of booking, the payment will not be refunded.

2. No-Shows

• If you do not show up for your reservation and fail to cancel as per the policy, no refund will be provided.

3. Early Returns

• If you return the vehicle before the end of the rental period, no partial refunds will be provided for the unused time.

4. Refund Processing

• Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within  7-10 business days after the cancellation has been confirmed.
